Unable to download .docx files

For files downloaded from either website when I attempt to open the files, I get the following error: I have tried each of these suggestions: I don't know why I would not have permissions for the document and drive. I am the sole user of this computer and I am the administrator. However, Word still was unable to unopen three of the files. Still, got the same error message.
